Everything was simply good. The weather was sunny, had good stay for business trip. The hotel's position was comfortable and amazing walking distance to eateries and restaurants. Set walking distance to a garden and a park, it was a plus.

Enjoyed the well-organised and new-fashioned superior king room with view and the way it was setup. The food was good - variety of options. The staff was pleasant and amiable, they made our trip! Particularly good and excellent location close to eateries and pub, old George Town nightlife, and the whole George Town, pubs and restaurants were near the hotel.

Enjoyed the a double room with a very big toilet, wouldn't mind staying there all day. There were satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe if needed.
Didn't like the area, it was a bit disappointing.

I recently stayed at a new, modern hotel in Penang and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The room was well-designed, with a comfy bed and pillows, a spacious bathroom, and a great view. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major activities, and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed using the pool and gym facilities.
The only thing that could have been better was the food for breakfast. It would have been great to have more variety and options to choose from.
